While many of the above staff members are either lawyers, or, possess legal backgrounds, these bio's and/or the fact that our staff members may help our clients create charities and foundations, does not constitute a relationship of attorney/client. We are simply a company that helps prepare legal documentation in connection with the creation and operation of a charity or foundation. If you desire legal representation, we recommend you contact an attorney licensed to practice law in your jurisdiction.
