NON PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS
Seton & Associates has also achieved distinction in the handling of issues that pertain to non profit organizations. We represent 501(c)(3) charitable organizations and other tax -exempt organizations in their initial formation and in their maintenance. We have formed several hundred tax exempt organizations, and many of these clients continue to seek our law firm for ongoing service in relation to their entity upkeep needs such as annual minutes, annual state registration, etc.
